i would like to know what and where i can get the best weapon and offhand for an ss necro plz help.

The Stonereaper:

* Energy +10
* Dark damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Curses)
* Halves casting time of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
* Halves skill recharge of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
* Curses +1 (20% chance while using skills)
* Energy +5
* Two-handed

Villnar's Glove from SF, or 20/20 Curses focus, available at several collectors.

Most people do use the Stonereaper now.
